Returns & Refunds

• • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Free returns within the first 14 days.
  • After 14 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage.

How to Return

Email hello@shap.ae with:

• • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Full name
  • Shipping address
  • Product photo (if damaged or defective)

Do not send items without confirmation. We will provide the return address.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 7 working days after we receive the item. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If your order is in transit, please wait for delivery and then request a return.
